Once Upon a Time, In a Land Far Far Away...

Has anyone else discovered the wonderful creation that is Once Upon a Time? I think it may just be my new obsession. Every fairytale character (and some mythological ones) who ever lived has been transported to a world with no happy endings, OUR world. I thought the plot would be a bit complicated, but I LOVE the way they are weaving everything together. When a new character is introduced, we are shown their story in both lives (Fairytale and present)

Only one person seems to know the truth, Snow White's grandson, Henry. The poor boy is being raised by the wicked queen though, so he's gotta be careful as he tries to guide Storybrooke's fairytale populations toward their true selves. The show doesn't just focus on the heroes either, we are invited to look into the past of fairyland's most notorious villains. Why is Rumpelstiltskin so interested in children? What made the wicked queen so evil? Why did she seem to hate Snow White so much more deeply than anyone else? If you haven't discovered this series yet, you REALLY should.

I also want to check out Grimm....seems to follow the same idea. Any thoughts? Please share them!!!
